To Lock Your MSB Debit/ATM Card:

If you have the MSB mobile app already installed on your mobile device, you can lock your card immediately using the Card Controls feature in the “More” menu.
Call (815) 385-3000 and Press 1 to be connected to our Fraud Specialists.

Please refer to your Electronic Funds Availability Disclosure provided to you at your account opening for consumer rights.
